Hunter Houses

The guests of the Forestry Company in Lenti are provided traditionally high-quality first-class services in the cosy Hunter Castle in Olgamajor. The castle situated between the settlements of Nova and Szilvágy belonged to Count Zsigmond Batthyány long time ago. (The hunter guest, Marion Schuster shot the world-record trophy red deer stag here in September 1970.
The castle was expanded with another wing in 2010, thus it can provide suitable accommodation for 20 people. The cosy dining-room is in the central part of the L-shaped part of the building which is more engaging with the cockle stove and the beautiful trophies. Both the sitting-room and the staircase open from here which goes to the double-rooms with own bathrooms upstairs of the two wings.
